COME OUT FOR A GREAT ROUND OF GOLF
Sunday on the Green, a Blood Cancer Research benefit, features an 18-hole Golf Tournament.
Where: The golf tournament is held at Ancil Hoffman Golf Course. This beautiful course is nestled along the American River Parkway in Carmichael, and provides a serene setting to play golf. Ancil Hoffman is traditionally in pristine condition in the late springtime as they prepare for the "Memorial Amateur," a prestigious national amateur competition.
Details: The golf tourney format includes an 8:00 am shotgun start. Golfers will be treated to breakfast before tee off, and will have a chance to try their luck at longest drive and closest to the hole competitions, as well as other on-course games. There are two competition formats for golfers to select from, making it a perfect day on the green for all who come out to play. Golfer goodie bags and on-course beverages are also provided.
After the round of golf, all tournament players are invited (and encouraged!) to attend the Afternoon Lawn Party and bring a guest with them (guest ticket included in golfer's tournament fee). The lawn party is held in a beautiful private yard nearby the golf course.
Register Now: To register your foursome, twosome, or single, please go to the Pay/Donate page. Golf fee is $150 per golfer (includes afternoon party for golfer and 1 guest), and must be prepaid prior to the event. Our event sold out last year, so register early to ensure your spot!
Hotel Room Block: If you are attending from out of town, we have a block of rooms at Larkspur Landing at Howe Avenue/Fair Oaks Blvd in Sacramento for $129/night. Book your room at the Larkspur Landing Sacramento ~ Sunday on the Green - or call the hotel directly at 916.646.1212 and mention the SUNDAY ON THE GREEN group block.
